My 2021 Goals to Become a FREEDOM SETTER
Gosh, time flies. The year 2020 is over, and 2021 is here. Another year has come and gone!
For those of you who have joined me here over the last year, I appreciate your support!
It’s the time of the year again for some much-needed reflection and introspection to set the right tone for the new year!
I had a pretty great 2020. I launched my business and published my first book. I thought I might get out fairly unscathed, but alas that did not happen. I unexpectedly lost my father at the end of 2020. It's very hard to go through the grieving process, but during that time I have been coming up with my goals for 2021, and I wanted to share the biggest ones with you.
The first goal I have for 2021 is to launch my Soul Care Personal Retreat Course.
If you haven't already done so, please download my FREE Soul Care Checklist as a way to gauge how you are on a soul level. How fun that Disney came out with "Soul" so recently! As I watched that movie, there were some things that, as a Christian, I disagreed with, but other components hit home. I think it's so easy to make goals based on physical fitness or financial growth, but how do we make goals that address our soul? We look to the Bible! The checklist is a starting point.
This year, I want to take that further and launch my Soul Care Personal Retreat Course. This course will go in-depth on all parts of the Soul Care Checklist. It will include devotions, personal reflection questions, and suggested activities to take it further and give you a chance to have the personal retreat your soul longs for.

The second goal I have for 2021 is to publish the full Who is Jesus? series of children's books.
In 2020, I published my first children's book, Duckie Discovers a Miracle. It is the first book in the series, "Who is Jesus?" Duckie takes young readers on an adventure to meet Jesus as a baby. However, the story doesn't end there. I want you and the children in your life to continue the adventure with Duckie to learn about the life of Jesus in an age-appropriate way. Every book has discussion questions in the back to help adults have conversations with children about who Jesus is.
My prayer is for you to find this resource helpful, fun, and endearing...a way to connect to the heart of your children and talk to them about the most important person...Jesus.

The third goal I have for 2021 is to launch my podcast, Be Set Free.
I love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with a friend! It's so fulfilling to get to know them on a deeper level and live life together. "Be Set Free" will be a jumping-off point for us to get to know each other better. I welcome feedback and look forward to encouraging you with Scripture, funny stories, heartwarming moments, and exciting news over the next year. 🥰
There’s nothing like sharing your goals with a list of virtual friends to make sure I stay accountable and work towards completing my goals!
